InfinityHR releases significant enhancements to its EOI and GI functionality
September 17th, 2018: InfinityHR, a leading provider of automated, cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, has just released a significant enhancement to its Evidence of Insurability (EOI) and Guaranteed Issue (GI) functionality.
“Studies show that more workers are enrolling in high-deductible health plans, resulting in higher adoption of voluntary benefits to help with out-of-pocket costs. Our benefits platform needs to have a strong EOI function to support this growth” says Jacob Coulter, Vice President of Product for InfinityHR.
This release gives our clients the ability to simplify their Open Enrollment process for employees electing voluntary benefits. The benefits of this release include:
- The configuration of Guarantee Issue (GI) and Allowed Increase Amount based on age.
- The configuration of different Allowed Increase Amount based on the GI amount.
- Ability to apply a single EOI configuration to all events.
- Ability to copy EOI configuration to another event(s).
A new EOI configuration report has also been created to capture the new EOI configuration and present it in a single report for the system administrator to review.
