Introducing our Director of Client Services, Christina Fortner!

Christina_Fortner_1InfinityHR is pleased to announce Christina Fortner as our new Director of Client Services.

Christina has 20 years experience in customer and client services. She has a true passion for helping clients realize their goals. She attained her Bachelor’s in Sociology and Business Administration from ASU in 2005.  She continued her education at Western International University attaining a Masters in Management & Leadership Development  in 2010. Raised in Arizona she loves the desert and enjoys riding, camping and traveling around the state. She also enjoys spending time with her family and three Border Collies.

In her role with Infinity Christina will, translate company strategy and client needs, striving to deliver Superior Client Experiences. Christina’s focus will be on the health and continued growth of a strong and dynamic client services team, that includes the Payroll Support team, ESG and Direct Client Servicing.

All EZSign users now have access to the revised version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification that was released by the USCIS on July 17th. Beginning on September 18th, employers must use the revised form with a revision date of 07/17/17 N. Employers must continue following existing storage and retention rules for any previously completed Form I-9. For additional information about the change click here.

Visually Impaired Accessibility Option in Employee Portal

Earlier this month InfinityHR launched the accessibility option within our Employee Portal. The accessibility option allows the Employee Portal to be more accessible to visually impaired users through the successful interaction with the NVDA 2017.2 screen reader. NVDA is used by 10s of thousands of blind and vision impaired people spanning more than 120 countries, enabling them to socialize, get an education and participate in the workforce regardless of their location, language or economic situation. This update for visually impaired users mirrors the WCAG 2.0 guidelines for accessibility and allows for improved inversion of colors.

One of the nation’s largest employers of the blind, headquartered in Durham, NC, operating two distribution centers, six manufacturing facilities and over 30 retail stores on military bases across the United States has already implemented the accessibility option for their employee portals.

The accessibility option in the employee portal update is available to all InfinityHR users, but will only go into effect for those who request the accessibility option.
